(1) The Director General and Liaison Officer should mention the following details as far as possible when giving notice or informing in accordance with sub-rule (4) and rule 4 of rule 3:-
(a) State of Registration,
(b) the manufacturer, model, registration mark and serial number of the aircraft,
(c) Aircraft owners and aircraft operators,
(d) Names of crew members, nationalities and details of passengers,
(e) date of accident, local and authentic time,
(f) the final point of departure and landing of the aircraft,
(g) Details of the place of accident that can be easily located (geographical sign and latitude and longitude)
(h) Geographical location of the accident site,
(j) Names and numbers of persons killed and seriously injured in the accident,
(j) The nature of the accident and possible details of the damage caused to the aircraft (k) details of any dangerous goods on board the aircraft,
(l) Status of investigation.
(2) Details as per sub-rule (1) should be written in simple English and Nepali language.
(3) If the information as per sub-rule (1) is not received at once, it may be sent several times.
